Baby Monkey Cries for Milk, Mom Ignores

In the quiet corner of the home, a tiny baby monkey sat whimpering, eyes full of longing. His little hands reached out, and with trembling steps, he tried to crawl toward his mom — not to play, not to cuddle, but simply to feed.

His stomach growled, and his cries grew louder — soft, desperate sounds that pulled at the heart.

But Mama didn’t turn.

She sat a few feet away, distracted or perhaps too overwhelmed. The baby gently tugged at her arm, hoping she would respond. He even tried to nuzzle her side, showing her he needed comfort, warmth, and milk.

Still, she stayed still — ignoring his tiny cries.

The baby slumped down beside her, weak and confused. He didn’t understand why the one he trusted most wasn’t responding. His cries faded into soft sobs as he curled up next to her, hungry and heartbroken.
