A young mother monkey has just given birth, but the scene is far from peaceful. Her newborn babies are still wet, their tiny bodies trembling as they lie close to her. It’s clear the birth was recent — and difficult.
The young mother seems unsure, possibly overwhelmed. She hasn’t started nursing them properly yet, and the babies are growing weak. Their cries are soft but constant — small squeaks begging for warmth, milk, and care.
Instead of gently cleaning and feeding them, she paces nervously, unsure of what to do. She touches them but doesn’t stay long. Her instincts haven’t fully kicked in, and the babies are the ones suffering.
