When tension rose in the troop and aggression broke out, Baby Leo found himself in the middle, scared and vulnerable. Just as things turned dangerous, the adult monkey, who had no real ally or family, jumped into action.
Without hesitation, the abandoned adult monkey opened a fierce fight with a much stronger teammate — not for food, not for territory, but to shield little Leo.
