Minea’s Behavior Toward Little Luna at Lunchtime

Comments Off on Minea’s Behavior Toward Little Luna at Lunchtime

In the warm midday sun, the young monkeys gather around for their lunch, eager for a share of sweet fruit and fresh leaves. Among them is Minea, an energetic and sometimes mischievous young monkey, and little Luna, a gentle baby girl who is still learning to find her place within the group.

As the older monkeys eat, Luna quietly sits at the edge, waiting for her turn. Her tiny hands reach for scraps that fall from the bigger monkeys’ meals. She glances at Minea with innocent trust, not fully aware of Minea’s unpredictable nature.

Minea, however, seems restless. She watches Luna closely, shifting her position from branch to branch as if guarding her territory. Instead of sharing the food or letting Luna eat in peace, Minea moves closer and blocks Luna’s tiny hands whenever she reaches for more. Sometimes, Minea will push Luna aside or pull at her fur, testing how far she can go without an adult stepping in.

Luna does not fight back. Instead, she lowers her head and lets out a soft, confused cry, hoping an older monkey or her mother will come to protect her. The older monkeys notice Minea’s behavior but do not always react immediately—sometimes, they are too busy finishing their own meals.
