It was a bright, peaceful morning, and the little baby monkey was full of energy. Curious and clumsy, he waddled into the garden, exploring every leaf, twig, and stone with wonder in his wide eyes. Every step was an adventure—even if those tiny feet didn’t always know where to go next.
As he tried to balance on a garden edge, his excitement got the better of him. One wobbly step too many—and oops!—he slipped and tumbled into a shallow hole between two bushes.
The moment he landed, his eyes grew wide. He tried to stand, but his little legs were tangled in leaves and vines. The baby monkey wasn’t hurt, just surprised and a bit scared. He wriggled, squeaked, and called for help with soft, panicked cries.
Luckily, someone was nearby.
Hearing his tiny sounds, a caregiver or family member rushed over. They gently reached into the bushes and scooped him up, brushing off the dirt and checking his body for injuries. Thankfully, he was just fine—just a little muddy and embarrassed.
Once in safe arms, he clung tightly, burying his face as if to say, “Please don’t laugh at me!” But everyone around him only smiled with love.
